Products: We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and sometimes manufacturing inconsistences are out of our hands. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at 587-437-3338 and we will be happy to discuss your concerns.  Please note, we will not accept returns for used product. 

Cosmetic treatments: Cosmetic implants are strictly non-refundable under law. Cosmetic implants include and are not limited to Dermal Fillers, Neuromodulators, and Lasers. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your treatment, please contact us immediately and book a complimentary consultation with our Clinic.
